Hi there everyone! Welcome back to Our Foods and Cuisine Blog. Lately, I've been thinking about blended drinks all the time. The one with ice cream and creamy texture. I don't know why though. and because of that i start carving sweet things like chocolate, candy, ice cream, smoothie, and milkshake. Fun And Classic Milkshake Recipe
Image taken from: MilkShake
Vanilla Milkshake: This is the most simple milkshake you will find i guarantee. Just pour 1 cups of plain milk, 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract in to a blender, and blend them all together until it's mixed. Your Classic Vanilla milkshake is ready to serve!

Caramel Milkshake: This is a fun milkshake. Cause, you can use 2 Flavor Ice cream and Caramel syrup! all you need is 1 cup of plain milk, 2 scoops of vanilla and caramel ice cream (one scoop each), and LOTS of Caramel syrup (actually, not too much, just as you deem fit :)). Blend it all together, and your Caramel milkshake is done!

Cookies and Cream Milkshake: If you are an Oreo lover, than this milkshake would definitely suit you! so, as usual, 1 cup of plain milk, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (if you want to use other flavor it's also okay, but the taste won't be the same as when you use vanilla ice cream), and 4 pcs ( i like to put 5) of original Oreo, or other Oreo flavor. Blend it all together and your Cookies and Cream Milkshake is ready to enjoy!

Banana Milkshake: This one includes real fruit! all you need is 1 cup of plain milk, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 1 ripe banana, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. blend it all together and your banana milkshake is ready to serve!

Choco-Strawberry Milkshake: This milkshake is also a fun and two-flavored milkshake! But if you don't like chocolate or strawberry flavor be free to change one or the other ingredient to the ones you like. So, you will need 1 cup of plain milk, 2 scoop of chocolate ice cream, 1/2 cup of strawberries, and 1 tbs of chocolate chips. blend it all together and your two-flavored milkshake is done!!

The History of Cheese
Image taken from: wikipedia

Cheese is an ancient dish. There are no evidence to whether where the first cheese making was originated. But, the practice of Cheese making was spread in Europe during the Roman time. In archaeological records, the oldest evidence of cheese making was trace back to 5,500 BCE in what is now known as Kujawy, Poland. And the earliest record of Cheese preserving was traced back to 1615 BCE in the Taklamakan Desert in Northwest China.

The Cheese making process was probably an accidental discoveries. Around 8000 BCE, animal skin and internal organs was provided as storage vessels for foods. And while storing milk into a container made of animal stomach, the milk turns into curd and whey.

In the Roman times, Cheese making was considered mature art. Pliny's Natural History (77 CE) describes the variety of Cheese that the Roman's enjoy in the early Empire. The best Cheese was made in the villages near Nîmes, but it didn't preserve long so it had to be eaten fresh.

In the pre-Colombian era, Cheese was only popular in Europe and was not familiar in east Asian culture. Later on, Cheese was brought and introduced to the world by the European Imperialism and in the Euro-American culture, Cheese was known worldwide and increasingly popular. In the 1860s, Cheese was produced in massive manner. And during the World War II, Factory made Cheese overtook the traditional way of making Cheese.

So, that's all from me today guys. Hope you enjoy reading the article. Until next time! Bye!
