One of my favorite dish is from South Korea. It has it all, this dish have the egg, the rice, the meat, and more importantly, this dish have more vegetable! It's the perfect dish to eat for lunch or before/after your exercise. This Dish is called BiBimBap or Mixed Rice.True to the name of the dish, Mixed Rice, this dish literally gave you the freedom of mixing anything you want in to the dish.
There are three types of bibimbap. Dolsot bibimbap which is the vegetable bibimbap, Hweodeopbap which uses fish instead of meat in the bibimbap, and the regular bibimbap that contains of vegetable and lean meat. bibimbap was traditionally eaten to get rid of the left over side dishes on the lunar year eve. It was also eaten by farmers during farming season, because on that season food are usually rare, as it was the easiest way to make large amount of food for a large amount of people.

Bibimbap usually contains rice, sesame oil, Gochujang (korean pepper paste), vegetables, Meat and egg. but since we're talking about healthy eating, you can only mix the rice with vegetables and eggs, and the dish would be healthy, yummy, and satisfying all the same.
Some tips for your bibimbap: try to cut the vegetables thin and matchsticks like, if you're tongue don't tolerate spicy food so much try to lessen the Gochujang or you can simply go with your homemade chilly paste, cook the egg half-cooked or just crack it while the rice and vegetables are still hot and steamy, it will taste better. and don't forget to measure before you cook, it get way too much after you mixed everything together.
So, that's all from me folks! hope you enjoy the article i wrote this time. Tell us what food should we talk about next time in the comment section, and remember: Don't Starve! See you next time! Bye!
