- Firstly, make the seasoning by mixing all the seasoning ingredients into one bowl
- Cut the beef and mushrooms as you like, put it in a bowl and mix it with 1 1/2 tbs of the seasoning
- Remove the root of the spinach, wash them, then cook them in boiling water for 1 minute. After 1 minute, rinse them. Make sure to squeeze all the water out of the spinach. After that Seasoned the spinach using 1/4 tsp of minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Mix it evenly by hand (or not up to you)
- Cut the carrot and onion.
- Boil 5 cups of water in high heat. When it starts to boil, insert the Glass Noodle and decrease the heat into medium heat, then boil the Glass noodle for 6 minute. After the noodle becomes soft, rinse it.
- Coat the frying pan with 1 tbs of vegetable oil. Sautee the Onion and Carrot with a pinch of salt and black pepper for 3 minutes. After the Carrot is cooked, add more oil if they start sticking to the pan, then add the Mushrooms and Beef. after the beef is cooked, add more oil, so the beef or mushrooms wont stick to the pan.
- Put the rinsed Glass Noodle in a big bowl, cut them with scissors if you want. Pour the sauce and the rest of the ingredients into the bowl, mix them thoroughly. For finishing touch, Sautee the mix Ingredients in medium heat until the noodle is warm.
- Garnish it with a little bit more sesame seeds at the top. And your Japchae is ready to serve!!
