In our article before, we already talked about the
beneficial tea. Tea has a lot of benefits for our body. Dan Nadeau, MD, medical
director of Exeter Hospital's HealthReach Diabetes, Endocrinology, and
Nutrition Center in Exeter, New Hampshire, said that some drinks have
tremendous health benefits, from relieving minor ailments like indigestion to
protecting against serious ones like osteoporosis.
Helps reduce risk of osteoporosis, cancer, heart disease,
and cavities. Green tea contains a rich concentration of flavonoids and
polyphenols, natural antioxidants that may protect cells from carcinogens
(cancer-causing substances) and inhibit tumor growth by helping to neutralize
free radicals in the body. The tea's antioxidants may also guard against heart
disease by relaxing blood vessels, inhibiting the formation of blood clots that
trigger heart attacks and strokes. Green tea also contains fluoride, which
strengthens teeth; the flavonoids may build up bones as well, reducing the risk
of osteoporosis and tooth decay.

Peppermint Tea
Peppermint tea is an herbal tea made from an infusion of
peppermint, Mentha piperita. It is sometimes called mint tea. It is naturally
caffeine-free. A tea made from blending peppermint and spearmint leaves is
referred to as doublemint tea. Susan Lark, MD, author of The Chemistry of
Success said that Mint is an antispasmodic, so it can relax muscles, which
combats stiffness and aches.
Peppermint tea have healing effects because of the
peppermint oil or menthol that it contains, and that treatment using orally
ingested peppermint oil will relieve the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. The

Before, we already talked about some food that contain tofu.
Tofu was made from soya, and we can prove by our self that not only delicious
tofu also very healthy. Basically soya is very healthy, you can make soya milk
to get another benefit from this beans.
Soy milk, also referred to as soymilk or soya milk, is a
plant milk produced by soaking dried soybeans and grinding them in water. A
traditional staple of Asian cuisine, soy milk is a stable emulsion of oil,
water and protein. Soy milk can be produced at home using a soy milk machine.
Soy milk is a complete protein and has about the same amount
of protein as cow's milk; it can replace animal protein and other sources of
dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. Soy milk contains little digestible
calcium because calcium is bound to the bean's pulp, which is indigestible by
humans. To counter this, manufacturers enrich their products with calcium
carbonate. Unlike cow's milk, soy milk has little saturated fat and no
cholesterol.
