How to Make Rice Pudding

Well, in my place rice is one of the main food that we eat every day. we eat rice and vegetables, chicken, fish, and many more. But do you know that we can make a creamy pudding by rice? Check the recipe below…

Ingredients:
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups milk
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2/3 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:
1. Firstly you need to beat the egg.
2. Pour the rice into boiling water. Reduce the heat to low, simmer for 20 minutes.
3. In the other place , combine 1 1/2 cups cooked rice, 1 1/2 cups milk, sugar and salt. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy, 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup milk, beaten egg, and raisins; cook 2 minutes more, stirring constantly.
5. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.

Now your creamy rice pudding are ready to enjoy. you can add cinnamon at the top of your rice pudding. This will be a great pudding to your family..

Again we come with new pudding recipe. This pudding is use corn starch. Hopefully you can enjoy this pudding. This pudding has taste of Middle Eastern. The name is Muhallabia Pudding. Just check the recipe below…

Ingredients:
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch (Maizena)
1 tablespoons orange blossom water

Steps:
1. Mix the milk, sugar, and corn starch until all the lumps are dissolved.
2. Boil the milk mixture in the medium heat. Stirring constantly.
3. When the milk mixture reaches a boiling point add the orange blossom water. Still cooking for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour the mixture into the ramekins. Cooling down and refrigerate it until ready served.

If you want you can add some toppings like fruit, jam, nuts, or honey. Now your milky pudding is ready to serve.

Well, we already talked about some kind of pudding such as tofu pudding, banana pudding, panna cota, and so on. This time again and again will talk about the other fresh pudding. this is about Pineapple Pudding. let’s try the recipe at home…

Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk
1 3/4 cans water (use the condensed milk can)
3 tsp gelatin (10g)
3 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 Pineapple medium size
Raisins
1 tsp vanilla
Colouring (yellow is preferred)

Steps:
1. Peel and slice the pineapple into small pieces.
2. Cook the pineapple. Add the sugar and a bit of water. But if you use fresh pineapple you don’t need to add the water. Cook until the color of the pineapple changes to a bit fade. Wait until cool.
3. Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of warm water and keep aside.
4. Dissolve corn flour in water until all the flour is dissolved and keep aside.
5. Cook milk and water and keep stirring until it boils.
6. Add vanilla, pineapple, colouring and raisins and keep continue stirring.
7. Add cornflour and keep stirring.
8. When the mixture become thickens turn off the fire and add gelatin.
9. Pour the mixture to a dish. You can garnish with the other pineapple and raisins.
10. Refrigerate until 5-6 hours.

Do you like cheese? We can eat cheese in so many ways. And this time we I want to share the recipe to make cheese pudding. I think it will be interesting because its different with cheese cake. Just check the recipe below…

Ingredients:
2 pints milk
4 ounces fresh breadcrumbs
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
 8 eggs
1 teaspoon French mustardsalt
freshly ground black pepper

Steps:
1. Boil the milk in a pan.
2. Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl and add the milk over.
3. Add the cheese and stir.
4. Add the eggs and mustard to the milk mixture. Lightly beat.
5. Add seasoning. Blend with the mixture.
6. Spread the butter in the ovenproof dish and pour the cheese pudding mixture.
7. Bake in the oven at 350 F for 45 minutes until lightly set and golden.

Well, this time I want to share about how to make banana pudding. Did you ever taste it? Let’s see the recipe below… happy cooking.

Ingredients:
2/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter
2 bananas
1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafer cookies

Steps:
1. Firstly you need to prepare the ingredients. Beat the eggs, soften the butter, and peel and slice the bananas.
2. Mix sugar, flour, and salt in medium saucepan. Add eggs and stir well. Add the milk and cook the mixture in the low heat, stirring constantly.
3. When the mixture begins to thicken, remove from heat. Still stirring the mixture.
4. When the mixture begins to cool stir in vanilla and butter until smooth.
5. Layer pudding with bananas and vanilla wafers in a serving dish. Chill the pudding at least one hour in refrigerator before serving.

Hello everyone.. how was your weekend. In our post before we already talked about how to make mashed potatoes. Did you try the recipe at home? Do you like the food?. Well I like potato so much, so this time, we will talk about the other food that made from sweet potatoes.

How to Make Sweet Potatoes Pudding

Ingredients:
6 large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:
1. Firstly you need to prepare the ingredients. Peel and cut into quarter the potatoes, melt the butter, and beat the egg.
2. Spread the butter in a 2 ½ quart baking dish. And prepare the oven in 350 degrees F.
3. Boil the peeled and quartered potatoes until tender, it’s about 20 minutes. After the potatoes cooked, drain the potatoes and the mash the potatoes.
4. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, orange juice and vanilla; stir until smooth. Pour into buttered dish.
5. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Today, my brother asked me about the characteristic of potato, and that question inspired me to share the recipe about how to make mashed potato. In this way we can got very smooth potato that still tasty and healthy. Here we go...
How to make mashed potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs (680 g) potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 Tbsp (60 ml) heavy cream
2 Tbsp (30 g) butter
1 Tbsp milk (or more)
Salt and Pepper

Steps:

1. Firstly peeled and cut the potatoes into quarters. Put the cut potatoes in the medium saucepan. Boil the potatoes with a half teaspoon of salt and the water. At least the water is covered the potatoes an inch. Reduce the heat to low to maintain a simmer, and cover. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until you can easily poke through them with a fork.

2. In the other place melt the butter and warm the cream.

3. After the potatoes are done. Drain the water and pour the cream and the butter over the potatoes. You can use potato masher to make it easier when you mash the potatoes. Add milk and mix it with the potato until it smooth.

If you want you can add the salt and pepper to taste. Now you mashed potato is ready to eat…

How to Make Panna Cotta

Happy weekend everyone…
This time I want to share about the steps to make our smooth Italian dessert panna cota. Have you try this before? I think it so easy to make by yourself at home. Let’s see the recipe below…

Ingredients
1/3 cup skim milk
1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Steps
1. Cool the ramekins uncovered at room temperature. When cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before serving.
2. Stir the milk and gelatin powder in the small bowl. Set milk mixture aside.
3. In the other place, stir the heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan, cook in the medium heat.
4. Cook it until full boil. When it full boil, pour milk mixture into the cream, stirring until completely dissolved. Cook for one minute and keep stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
5. Add the vanilla, and stir it.
6. Pour it into the ramekin dishes.
7. Cool the ramekins at room temperature. When cool, cover the ramekins with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours or it will be better if you can refrigerate it for one night.

After you refrigerate the remekins, your panna cota are ready to serve. It will very nice if you can make any sauce from fresh fruit, my favorite is strawberry sauce.

How to Make Mango Sticky Rice

Happy happy happy Friday… such a really good day if we can meet our friend and make a noise with them. Its very common if you make some snack while you gathering with your friend. I just found a good classic thai food that easy to make and also very delicious. This food is contain mango, if you can’t find mango in your place you can change the mango with other tropical fruit that similar.

Here we go…

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups sticky rice
1 ½ cups canned or fresh coconut milk
½ cup palm sugar, or substitute brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 ripe mangoes

Steps:
1. Before you cook the rice, you need to soak the rice in the water for 20 minutes to 4 hours. Drain the rice, and cook. You can cook the rice by steaming in the rice cooker or cook the rice on the stovetop.
2. In the other place, heat the coconut milk on the low medium heat until it is hot, but not until it is boil. Remove from heat, add the sugar and salt.
3. When the rice is cooked pout ¾ cup of the coconut milk mixture over the rice. Stir the rice and the coconut milk and make sure they are mixed. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes to blend the flavors.
4. Peel and slice the mango into thin, long portions.
5. Place a scoop of sticky rice in a bowl. Put a few slices of mango on the top or side. Drizzle the coconut milk on the top to taste.

And your sweet mango sticky rice is ready to eat. I’m sure you can make this dish to the children too and they will enjoy the mango soooo much…

4 Microwaveable Recipe

Hi there! How's everyone doing? i hope good ^^ So, working in an office can be very stressful and demanding right? and apparently, most people don't have the time to go out and eat. and some have stomach issues, like ulcer, so they have to snack. If your office have a microwave (apparently most do) then this is the solutions for you guys!
Microwaveable Recipe

Crispy Bacon: This is super easy, all you need is a microwaveable plate, 3 paper towel and a couple of bacon strips. First, put 2 paper towel on top of the plate, then lined the bacons and cover it with the last paper towel. Microwave it for 4-6 minutes. and your crispy bacon is done.

Chocolate Chips Cookies: It's good for breakfast and for snacking. All you need is 1 unsalted melted butter, 2 tbs of light brow sugar, 1/8 vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, 2 tsp of milk, 3 tbs of all purpose flour, and 2 tbs of chocolate chips. mix the brow sugar and the unsalted butter first, then add in the vanilla extract and milk. after mixed, pour in flour the mixed well. finally pout the chocolate chips, pour your batter into a Microwaveable plate then cook for 1 minute.

Pop Corn: Besides the bacon, this recipe is the easiest recipe. You can simply buy instant popcorn and put it in a microwave. when you buy instant pop corn, it usually comes with a bag and a seasoning. So first, put the bag into the microwave and cook it for as long as the package tell you then seasoned it. But if you want to make it yourself than you can buy dried corn seeds, put it in a microwaveable bowl, butter it, and cook it until all corn is popped!

Egg Souffle:  You will need 1 egg, 2 egg whites, and 1 tbs salsa. first off, spray you microwaveable mug with oil spray then pour the egg and white egg into the mug. Whisk it together with fork, add the salsa powder, then whisk again until it makes foam. then Microwave it for 2 minutes and your souffle is done!
