Hello everyone.. how was your weekend. In our post before we already talked about how to make mashed potatoes. Did you try the recipe at home? Do you like the food?. Well I like potato so much, so this time, we will talk about the other food that made from sweet potatoes.

How to Make Sweet Potatoes Pudding

Ingredients:
6 large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:
1. Firstly you need to prepare the ingredients. Peel and cut into quarter the potatoes, melt the butter, and beat the egg.
2. Spread the butter in a 2 ½ quart baking dish. And prepare the oven in 350 degrees F.
3. Boil the peeled and quartered potatoes until tender, it’s about 20 minutes. After the potatoes cooked, drain the potatoes and the mash the potatoes.
4. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, orange juice and vanilla; stir until smooth. Pour into buttered dish.
5. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

How to Make Mashed Potatoes

Today, my brother asked me about the characteristic of potato, and that question inspired me to share the recipe about how to make mashed potato. In this way we can got very smooth potato that still tasty and healthy. Here we go...
How to make mashed potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs (680 g) potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 Tbsp (60 ml) heavy cream
2 Tbsp (30 g) butter
1 Tbsp milk (or more)
Salt and Pepper

Steps:

1. Firstly peeled and cut the potatoes into quarters. Put the cut potatoes in the medium saucepan. Boil the potatoes with a half teaspoon of salt and the water. At least the water is covered the potatoes an inch. Reduce the heat to low to maintain a simmer, and cover. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until you can easily poke through them with a fork.

2. In the other place melt the butter and warm the cream.

3. After the potatoes are done. Drain the water and pour the cream and the butter over the potatoes. You can use potato masher to make it easier when you mash the potatoes. Add milk and mix it with the potato until it smooth.

If you want you can add the salt and pepper to taste. Now you mashed potato is ready to eat…
