Crepe is basically a pancake. But it's thinner and and curled before served. Crepe comes from the word Crispa in Latin meaning Curled. Crepes are usually made from Wheat Flour or Buckwheat Flour.  Crepe is made by pouring the pancake batter on to a flat surface pan, with slight butter on the pan, and spread it evenly with a special spatula. The consistency of the batter cannot be too thick or too Watery, and the pan cannot be too hot. There are 2 kinds of filling for the crepe, the savory one and the sweet one. The savory ones usually consist of meat, cheese, mushrooms, ham, and eggs. It usually served for dinner and lunch. While the sweet ones usually filled with various kinds of fruit, sugar, honey, jams, chocolate, and many more. It usually eaten for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients:

1 Cup of All-Purpose Flour ( or you can change it into Wheat Flour if you want)
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Milk
1/2 Cup of Water (or you can just use 1 cup of Milk)
1/4 tsp of Salt
2 tbs of Melted Butter

Methods:
  1. Mix the Eggs and Flour into a mixing bowl, then add the water and milk. When it's all mixed well, add the Salt and Butter and beat until smooth.
  2. Heat lightly a frying pan (if you have the special pan for making Crepes than you're welcome to use it) over medium heat. Coat it slightly with butter/oil so the batter wont stick. Pour the batter in the pan thinly, then tilt the pan in circular motion so the batter will cover all the pan surface.
  3. Cook each side for 2 minutes (or until it's light brown), put it in a plate while hot and fill it with any filling you want. After filling the crepe, fold it to make a triangle.
  4. Your Crepe is ready to serve!!
