Steps:

1. Seasoning the chicken breasts in a small bowl.
2. Make a mixture from lemon juice, honey and soy sauce in the other bowl. Spoon the mixture to the chicken. Then tuck the squeezed-out half of lemon between the pieces this will help you to moisten and add flavour to the chicken.
3. Roast the chicken breasts for 30-35 minutes. Cook until done and richly glazed. You need basting the chicken with the juice mixture at least twice.

After the chicken is done you can serve with salad and potatoes roasted with herbs and garlic. Such a simple recipe right?

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs salmon fillet with skin (or you can just pick any size, just not so thin)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
1 lemon

Method:

  1. Dry your salmon using dry clean cloth, then slice your salmon over the top, just so the seasoning can seep inside while it cooks.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper on top evenly (if you think a pinch is too less, you can add another pinch. just not too much it will ruin the taste of the salmon). then spread it evenly with your hand
  3. Cut the lemon into half, and squeeze the juice on to the salmon evenly.
  4. If you guys have a chopped oregano at home, you can also use it. sprinkle it on top of the salmon. it will gives a fresh smell and a tinge spicy taste.
  5. Put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is pinky-orange colored. If the skin stick to the pan when you try and remove the salmon off the pan, it's okay cause the skin works like the oil for the salmon.
  6. garnish it with some parsley and a slice of lemon on top and your salmon is ready to serve!
