So, according to the legendary accounts, Coffee was discovered by the Oromo People in Africa, though there was no information in which part of Africa did this lovely plant was discovered and it was used as a stimulating food in the 17th centuries. The earliest record of Coffee drinking was back to the 15th century, in one of the Muslims monasteries around Mocha in Yemen. It was here in the Arabia that Coffee was first roasted than brewed. From the middle East, Coffee then spread toward Italy then to all of Europe. During the World War I, the Dutch Colonial brought the Coffee seeds to be planted in Indonesia.

Coffee, which comes from berries, was originally eaten, when the Oromo People discovered it. the used to mix the berries with animal fat and formed an edible balls. it was also known as the 'Muslim Drink' as the first brewed coffee was brewed in Arab. And the first person to invent instant coffee was called George Washington (no, not George Washington the president), he was a Belgian lived in Guatemala and invented instant coffee in 1906 (thank god for his invention yes?).

I feel rather Guilty if i share this article of Caffeine without warning you guys about the side effects of it. So, some of you may know, that when you drink coffee, you body starts to ignite again. Well that's half right, when you consume Coffee, the caffeine gets your body to work out adrenaline so that you will feel our heart racing and your eyes more awake. That, my friends, is the fun part. The serious part is, when you consume TOO MUCH coffee, your body will starts to tremble and you might get a little bit dizzy. That's because the adrenaline in your body is working too much that your heart race increases. And some people even have a heart attack because of it. The only way to prevent this kind of things is to minimize your coffee consumption, or just order a decaf coffee.

So, that is all fro me today guys! Hope you guys find this article useful. tell us about what to write next on the comment section. Don't forget your cup of Coffee today! have a great day, and i'll see you next time!!

Image taken from: wikipedia
What is an English breakfast? actually, it is a full meal breakfast that usually consist of any kind of cooked food such as Sausages, Bacon, Eggs, Veggies, Hash Browns and more with a cup of black coffee of tea. a traditional way of serving an English Breakfast is to basically fry everything up. the terms 'Full English' is denoting a breakfast that offers everything on table.

My way of enjoying an English Breakfast is to have Egg (poached, fried, scrambled), fried bacon, fried sausages, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, hash browns, a couple of toast, a black pudding and sided with a cup of hot tea, black coffee, or some chill orange juices.

So, since English Breakfast offers you almost everything delicious to eat, here's my tips for you who wants to taste everything an English Breakfast have to serve:

1. Be sure to be hungry before you enjoy you breakfast
2. Take tiny bits of everything served
3. Take a cup of tea or orange juice for starters so it can wash down your meal
4. If you're still hungry grab the food you like most
5. Drink a cup of Earl Grey tea or a cup of Black Coffee and relax to end the meal.

So, that's all about my style of English Breakfast, i hope you enjoy this article as much i enjoy writing it. give some comment and advice on what should i write next on the comment section. Bye! See you Next time!
